How to Qualify

A "Qualified Referral" must meet all the criteria specified in the terms and conditions.

Submit referral through the Refer & Earn site. Roth Staffing Companies employees CANNOT enter on your behalf.
Any submission on the portal needs to be complete prior to the interview.
Referrals must be considered “new” and not active with Roth Staffing Companies within the last 12 months of submission.
Once a referral has been submitted through the portal an interview must be conducted within 90 days.
